What he discovered in that work became the foundation of Beyond the Horizon Consulting: Most leadership failures are not people problems; they are systems problems.

Sales & Leadership Consultant
Tim Ward delivers leadership through training, coaching and mentorship, specializing in Sales Process and Client Experience. His passion to bring out the best in others has been demonstrated with successful careers in both corporate leadership roles and as an entrepreneur.
While leading a small business endeavor, Tim completed classical training with a BA in Business Administration. He believes in Lifelong Learning and continues to practice with his personal development achievements. Tim delivers relevant messaging to diverse audiences through training, facilitation and presentation. He assists leaders through challenges in change management, process improvement and team engagement.
In addition to this work, Tim volunteers as a SCORE Business Mentor, helping those entrepreneurs seeking small business advice and counseling. He is also trained as a Wellness Coach, working with individuals looking for work/life balance and personal goal achievement.
